One of the biggest challenges for interstate participants in cycling tours is deciding whether to bring their own eBike.
While travelling with a bicycle is one thing, transporting an eBike often involves additional planning, airline battery restrictions, bike packing and reassembly.
To make things easier, SA eBikes has created a dedicated eBike hire package for participants in the Bike SA Gourmet Food & Wine Tour (19–27 September 2026).
Our package has been designed to remove the hassle of transporting your own bike.

For $495, we'll provide everything you need for the duration of the tour, including:

- Second battery
- Charger
- Helmet
- Lock
- Delivery to the Adelaide departure point
- Collection at the conclusion of the tour
We offer a range of quality eBikes to suit different riders, including easy-to-ride step-through models and traditional hard-tail bikes.
