Leave the city behind and discover McLaren Vale at your own pace in one of our fun, easy-to-drive electric e-TukTuks.
We'll collect you from your Adelaide accommodation or the Adelaide Central Bus Station and transport you to McLaren Vale in around 45 minutes. After a personal briefing and route planning session, the day is yours to enjoy.
Unlike a traditional guided tour, you're free to explore at your own pace. Linger over a long lunch, stop for a wine tasting, enjoy a gelato overlooking a vineyard, photograph the local wildlife or simply relax and soak up the scenery. There are no fixed schedules—just the freedom to experience McLaren Vale the way you want to.
Our e-TukTuks are comfortable, fun and surprisingly easy to drive. Each seats the driver plus two adults, or one adult and up to two small children, making them perfect for couples, friends and small families.
Because e-TukTuks are best suited to flatter terrain, we'll help you plan a route that makes the most of the region's scenic trails and quiet country roads. Popular options include sections of the Flat to Vale Trail and Shiraz Trail, where vineyards, ancient gum trees and wide-open landscapes provide the perfect backdrop for a memorable day. Keep an eye out for kangaroos grazing among the vines, koalas resting high in the eucalyptus trees and an abundance of native birdlife.
McLaren Vale is home to more than 70 cellar doors, from internationally recognised wineries to small family-owned producers. Whether you're looking for a leisurely winery lunch, a boutique tasting, a coffee stop or simply somewhere peaceful to enjoy the view, we'll help tailor an itinerary to suit your interests. Our Ride Guide keeps you on track throughout the day, showing your live location together with nearby wineries, restaurants and attractions.
Start your journey at the charming Oxenberry Farm Café, Along the Flat to Vale Trail you will find Foggo Rd Wines, Pizzateca, and Nick Haselgrove Wines. Beyond the Flat to Vale Trail you can head along Blewitt Springs Rd to Beresford or Woodstock Wines.
The eTukTuks have rear storage for anything you want to bring along (or wine you purchase along the way)
At the end of your adventure, we'll return you comfortably to Adelaide—leaving you free to enjoy McLaren Vale without the worry of driving home.

Minimum booking: 2 adults
Children under 12 years can be added during booking as a Child Companion for AUD $150 per child.
