Meet us at Shirvington Wines, nestled in the heart of McLaren Vale, and get ready to explore the region in one of our eTukTuks—quiet, quirky, and a whole lot of fun. Get your day off to a great start with an optional premium wine tasting and Farm Platter in Shirvington’s fantastic Cellar Door tasting room.
Then it’s time to hop on your eTukTuk and hit the trail. Our eTukTuks are easy to ride and designed for two passengers and one rider. You’re welcome to take the wheel (handlebars) yourself - we’ll give you a full safety briefing and directions, or you can simply sit back and relax with a Chauffeur / local guide (additional fee applies).
The eTukTuks have rear storage for anything you want to bring along (or wine you purchase along the way)
Where You'll Go
From Shirvington, you can ride in an eastly direction up Rifle Range Rd to Bec Hardy's or Shadow Creek Wines' cellar doors, south along Strout Rd and up Binney Rd to Down the Rabbit Hole, in a westerly direction to the Shiraz trail —a picturesque route winding through vineyards and open countryside.
Turning south on the Shiraz trail takes you towards the historic township of Willunga, where you’ll find shady spots perfect for a picnic near the Rose Garden and quirky shops and cafes.
The Shiraz trail heading north takes you towards McLaren Vale, with the option of looping back to Shirvington along the "McMurtrie Mile" where you will find Primo Estate, Hugh Hamilton, Mitolo, Thicker Than Water, Lino Ramble, Sherrah, Bondar, Wirra Wirra, Samson Tall cellar doors, and the soon to open Penny Red Beer Co (at the former Red Poles location).
